Terms of Service


Orders in production cannot be changed or edited.

Cancellations are not accepted over the phone. 
Canceled jobs do not qualify for a refund

PLEASE NOTE: PAYMENT OR PURCHASE ORDER (APPLIES TO UP-TO-DATE CHARGE ACCOUNTS ONLY) IS REQUIRED BEFORE DESIGN AND/OR PRINTING.  

**We are now able to accept payment online!** Let us know if you would like to make your payment online or rather visit us in-store.

 

QUOTE APPROVAL GUIDELINES : 

·         Take a moment to Carefully Review the quote and advise if there are any updates to be made. (e.g. paper/material type, size, quantity).

·         If you wish to proceed with this order please respond and say "I approve quote. Please Proceed with printing." PLEASE NOTE: PAYMENT IS REQUIRED BEFORE DESIGN AND/OR PRINTING.

·         Once approved, Your order will be forwarded to our production team and no further changes/refunds can be made.

·         Average turnaround is 1-2 business days Monday-Friday unless otherwise stated. Same day turnaround is available Monday-Friday at an additional cost.

A signed quote and 50% deposit or Purchase Order is required to begin design/production of your order.

Please note that our graphic design charges are billed at an hourly rate.

Extensive revisions to designs will incur additional art charges.

Design charges
do not include customer ownership of file.

Additional rates apply for design file release to customer for ownership.

Please proof your artwork carefully.

DPS is not responsible for any typo/design errors following customer approval of proof.

Production time begins only after artwork approval.

Jobs will not be released until full payment is made. All installations must be paid in full before arrival to
the site. Installations are scheduled only after payment is made.

90 Day In House Warranty for parts and labor, plus the applicable
manufacturer's warranty. Some limitations do apply.

Purchaser agrees to the specified terms of payment. No refunds will be given.
DPS may tag the product with our logo in the bottom right corner.

If the logo should not be placed on your product, please instruct the salesperson.
